Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
10 degrees little to no wind. 10 of us enjoyed 49 SSH 15 windmills a short run. No salt in the lot great 20 yard cone set, classic rock per Danny Tanners request. Partner work, All get 6 rounds of each – Bear crawl to the cone Crawl bear back to partner doing LBC’s

Wilson and Honeymoon, finished first and planked for some reason I thought we went to 6:30 Thong Song corrected me this shortened our plank opportunity 3 minutes high plank Honeymoon was already kneeling talking about the halftime show and how enamored he was with one of the female singers, we could not recall her name TS confirmed she was 51 years old, of no mention of the game…or Valentine’s Day.
