Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

Warm Up: 20 Side Straddle Hops (in cadence)
Workout: Do first exercise at top of parking lot, run to the bottom of lot and repeat. Return to top and repeat reps and add second exercise and reps. Run to bottom and repeat. So on and so forth until the last exercise and reps are completed twice. Move to next round.
