Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Event: No Pull-Up Beatdown
Pax: Hog, Pinewood, Minnie, Brute, Bambi, Kasem, Johnny, Dory Sideshow (q)
Seven Cones, two exercise at each, 20 reps each exercises.
Following each station, run down Mt. Doom, Backward run up to next station.
