Warm Ups – Mountain Climbers & Lunges (in cadence)
The Thang:
Pax divides into 4 groups
While one PAX hangs from the pull up bars, the others perform the listed exercise in cadence. Switch another pax to the bar, repeato until all pax have hung from the bar, run to the Cat and back. Repeato with the next exercise. After all 5 exercises are complete, the group does a lap around NV, Repeato
Exercises – 8 burpees, 25 merkins, 25 LBC’s (2 is 1), 30 squats, 20 flutters (4 is 1)
