Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Chilly morning in Sylvania so we got right to it.
15 men total.
3 way points around the campus-top of hill, softball field, wildcat. We would Indian run to each waypoint. Once there we would do 2 rounds of 3 exercises followed by a 60 second plank.
