Warm up SSH’s
Mosey to the “aquarium”, haha for a warm up run.
Six station course from the parking lot to the river.
Pullups 5 reps add one rep per lap.
Merkins 20 reps add 5 reps per lap
Walking lunges
Starfish 20 reps add 5 reps per lap
Squats 20 reps add 5 per lap
Curb flips
Repeat all stations as you run the course. No breaks, no stoppage, constant movement.
