Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Today the paxs:
Went on a 2 mile run
Did suicides, dips, down on three up on one merkins, heels to heaven, and big boy sit ups.
The paxs were: Ollie, Pinewood, Colonel, Trinity, Poodle, Tupac, Spackler, Brute, Danica, Bagels, Smails, Flush, Rubble, Dory, Solo, Hedgehog, and Sipe.
