Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
10/31/22 – Halloween Hill

Weather: Crazy Rainy and Respect to the pre-runners that got drenched.
The Thang/The Plan:
Top of Hill – ALL 5 reps Bottom of Hill – ALL 5 reps
1) Manmaker IC 1) Burpee IC
2) Squat Thrust IC 2) Mike Tysons IC
3) Goblet Squat w/Heels on curb IC 3) Merkins IC
4) Bent Over Row IC 4) Plank Jack IC
Did all of the above in cadence (IC) and only did a pivot after 4 rounds where we ran up opposite hill towards natatorium and did bodyweight section repeato then back to bottom of hill for BW and back to blocks. Also did 5 min wall sit – if you stepped out of sit on the wall – do 5 mike tysons then back on the wall until 5 mins was up.
