Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Keeping the paxs on the move today we separated into two groups. One ran from maple wood to northview and did three pull ups then run back to maple wood. The other group would stay at maple wood and do:
10 push ups
10 dips
25 crunches
10 heels to heaven
10 mountain climbers
The paxs were:
Mole, Brute, Pinewood, Tupac, Spackler, Smails, Goose, Honeymoon, Cratchit, Nails, Sipe.
