Workout Details
We circled up with a deck of cards. Each PAX took a turn drawing a card. The number/face determined one exercise, and the suit determined another. The PAX who drew the card could choose whether the group did both exercises individually or if they led in cadence. All reps were set at 10. We kept rotating around the circle until time.
