Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

    GET IT DONE

PAX: Johnny, Nails, Cogsworth, Chestnut, Bullock, Dr. Nick (6), Thong Song, Mole, Hedgehog, Jimmy Dean, Ticket, Beaker, Mayor, Kasum, Pinewood (Q)

Began in the COT at 0530 going over the 5 core principals of F3 and highlighted the F3 Credo – Leave no man behind. Leave no man where you found him. This workout was to highlight when you are done you get the 6 to push yourself and them further.

    WORKOUT:
Began with a mosey from the hill to the rock at the very back parking lot. Along the way there were 9 (ish) cones set up that we stopped and did 10 wide merkins then on to the next cone until finished – then get the 6.

At the far side of the parking lot we did 11’s with a combination of Captain Thors and Diamond Merkins – then get the 6.

On the mosey back to the hill we stopped again at each of the cones and switched it up to simply 10 LBC. This one we all finished together as everybody pushed hard.

Once back at the hill we partnered up with one performing the workout while their partner ran down and back up then switched off until 100 reps of the following were complete: heel raises, squats, and simply 2 rounds of ABCs.

Then finished off with 2 rounds of decline merkins as each took turns calling ‘down’ for a total of 26 each round.

At the end we gathered back in the COT to do the count-a-rama and name-a-rama. Welcomed Chestnut for simply coming out to the workout even though he could not participate. Dr. Nick gave a solid 6 with how hard it is to get up but how the reward is completely worth it. Announcements and prayer intentions were said and finished up with a prayer for a strong week.
