Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Just another kick ass morning at the Hill, some new and some old kinetic exercises enjoyed by the following outstanding group of individuals. Bullock, Dory, Goose, Cogsworth, Johnny, Tucky, Biggie, TuPac, Trinity, Brute, Mayor, Ollie, Klinger, Hamster, Nails. 50 SSH 25 Good Mornings 20 Windmill, rucks on walk/run around the school. 5 stations 4 guys at each of 4 wearing rucks. sled push thanks to Bullock, while the other 3 take turns with Klingers favorite 20lb sledge to tire, hand eye coordination is part of physical work… Bleachers dips and decline merc’s with rucks, tractor tire flipping with inch worms, 25 lb Palu-malu’s ruck on paired with supermans, rucks off. block farmer carry’s with crunchy frogs. The last few minutes all together alternating lunges, LBC’s ruck squats, klinger kicks. Thank you gentlemen it is always a pleasure.
