Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Today the tennis courts were open.
Beaker was right, the tennis courts were unlocked.
We warmed up with SSH and windmills.
We then proceeded to run the length of the tennis courts while stopping to do an exercise. One end was always down on three up on one merkins. The other end was diamond merkins, squats, flutter kicks, and lbc’s rotating.
We ended with partnering up and one ran suicides on all 5 courts while the other did diamond merkins 1/2 way and big boy sit ups the other half.
We had an fng Andy Okuley we named Ray-Ban.
The pax’s were: Ray-Ban, Trinity, Jimmy Dean, Beaker, Brita, Tucky, Hedgehog, Pinewood, Johnny, Mole, Ollie, Minnie, Tupac, Klinger, Biggie, Goose, Cogsworth, Mater, Irish Springs, Dory, Kitty, The Great Ozzie, Mayor, Bagles, Rubble, and Sipe.
