Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Beautiful April morning to kick our own asses to start the week.
Reviewed 5 core principles and went to work.
We partnered up at the top of the hill. I would call out a block exercise and number of total reps. You and your partner accumulate total. One partner hill runs w a burpee at the bottom while the other worked. Moves were
