Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Great morning, planned to run the hill grass was super wet went with the blacktop hill not a much of a challenge but we got to it. 100 SSH, 30 windmills, run to the front lot 10 burpees, run to top lot 10 lt. Dan’s. Repeat 5 rounds. Crappy cadence calling on my part mental note read the F3 web page… warmed up now for Abs L&R side crunch 30 each, big boys 30, star fish 30 – 2 is 1 all OYO. Get up run down the hill 30 merkins in cadence, up the hill 30 skaters 2 is 1 OYO . Damn we are running out of time… ssh in cadence around the circle some of the pax did not understand the count is odd numbers when you hands are up. I lead wrap up Biggie is headed to an iron man, we wish you good success!
