What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

The Ruck
With several PAX needing to get in their final miles for the GoRuck 2019 Resolution Ruck, we headed out of the Necropolis. Proceeding south we went to and past Ft Meigs Elementary School. Carefully navigating icy parking lots in Rivercrest Park we then headed northward through neighborhoods back to the start point. Total of 3.25 miles!

Ran about 4-5 miles to Levis Commons and Back. Saw some deer. Good bit of Mumblechat between myself Chanel and Woodstock. Same was happening between Dutch, Jennay, and Montoya.
