This morning at 5:30 am 10 Pax members showed up to HRT to start their morning with a nice 4 mile run. The five core principles were introduced. We had Trinity, Ollie, Ozzie, Mailman, Cobra Commander, Scrooge, Splinter, Trojan, Pinewood, and Cogsworth. Half of the Pax decided to run the trails and the other half ran the UT trail and back through the woods. At the end, we all had approximately 4 miles this morning. Once we completed the run we completed the COT and mentioned one thing we were grateful for and closed with a prayer. This is how we started our day on 7/27/2021.
