Thang: Route today was from Stranahan to the Manor House via our typical route. At the Manor House, Pax completed 8 laps around the loop, sprinting the uphill and moseying the downhill. Pax then had options to return to Stranahan for 4 total miles, go to the bottom of the covered bridge trail for 4.5, or head to the top of the hill after the covered bridge for 5. All returned to Stranahan for the CoT unharmed and faster than when they started.
CoT: Pinewood served as our 6 and encouraged Pax to read Freed To Lead if they have not already. Announcements included the upcoming F3 Challenge Weekend (May 21-22) which will be “all 3 Fs to the next level” per Mulcahy. This event is $75 and will take place at Camp de Sales. Sipe would like 5 more Pax to HC to work Walleye concessions this Saturday from 6-10. He will need your email when you HC. Pinewood announced that he is passing the flag at Heart Rate Trail to Trojan after a year and a half of solid leadership.
