Typical out-and-back run past the manor house to Corey Road with various turnaround options.
Rocks were distributed to re-center on the question “Why do you run?” Runners were encouraged to contemplate this question while they ran both internally and in conversation.
It should be noted that some HIM immediately tried to eat the rocks upon receipt. My only explanation for this behavior is that they were still in Trick-or-Treat mindset from the previous night.
