Park on Drummond, Goddard or Meadowwood and meet in front of the clock tower at University Hall.

    After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work. We tried this back in February and the snow/ice prohibited us from using the Centennial Mall. This time, we were successful with the weather.

    In the COT, prayers were lifted up for The Situation’s mom and Pax dealing with mental health.

    Always an honor to lead this group of men! Aye!

    THE THANG: We used the wagon wheel in Centennial Mall to create palindromes. We started on the outside of a chute, did the reps, ran to the middle, did two burpees, ran to the far side and did the reps again. Did the same thing on the way back to the starting point before joging to the next chute and repeating. In all there were 6 palindromes per wagon wheel and there were 2 sets of palindromes for those who worked through it all.

    · Pass 1 – 10 Merkins, 2 Burpees, 10 Merkins
    · Pass 2 – 10 Mike Tysons, 2 Burpees, 10 Mike Tysons

    Chute 2:
    · Pass 1 – 10 Squats, 2 Burpees, 10 Squats

    Chute 3:
    · Pass 1 – 10 LBCs, 2 Burpees, 10 LBCs
    · Pass 2 – 10 Big Boys, 2 Burpees, 10 Big Boys

    Chute 4:
    · Pass 1 – 10 Mtn Climbers, 2 Burpees, 10 Mtn Climbers

    Chute 5:
