The Thang:
Lots of time for our thoughts on this humid July morning. Lot’s of mumblechatter which I feel only happens with no music. We stayed close to University hall but went on a tour of all the stairs near U Hall and did 3 rounds of 5 merkins, 10 big boys, and 15 air squats while running up and down the stairs. Always an honor to lead this group of men.
