• Warm-up
o Side straddle hop x20
o Windmills x10
o Squats x20
o 1 lap around school
• Station 1
o Merkins x20
o Big Boy sit-up x20
o American Hammer x20 with or without weight 2 is 1
o Bear Crawl to Station 2
• Station 2
o LBC x40
o Klinger Kick x20 2 is 1
o Mountain Climber x10 2 is 1
o Lunge to Station 3
• Station 3
o Tricep dip x20
o Donkey kick x10
o Plank jack x10 2 is 1
o Hop to station 4
• Station 4
o Squats x20

o Run down the hill and back to station 1
