Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

Into: Sideshow walks up in a Pixar #30 jersey. Respect.
The thang
Warm up
1- Side straddle hops
2-Imperial walkers
3-Hindu push-ups
Warm up II
Crawl bears halfway down the hill, run back up
(Repeato x1)
Circuits at the top of hill. Once done w the station run to bottom of hit and back up. Repeato each circuit drill.
1. Curls (strength bands)
2. 10 thrusters (block)
3. 20 merkins
4. 100 skips
5. 15 crunchy frogs
6. Upright rows (20 and 30lbs)
7. 15 yard Hand stand wall walks ( if you miss ball in hoop net)
Once thru circuits, Repeato.
Next phase, same circuits at the top. Big Boy sit-ups at bottom of hill 5 reps and the next time at the bottom switch to 10 reps and alternate each time you hit bottom of hill.
Threw the frisbee to Simmons. If he drops it Burpees, if he catches it, no burps.
He caught it.
Simmons said he got 3.1 miles in.
