Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

The Thang
Mosey across the bridge and do 11s of decline merkins and BBSU
Mosey back to pull up bar and do a contest to see who can hang on the pull up bar the longest
Mosey to back of AO and do 10s Dips and jump squats. However we did broad jumps back and forth instead of jogging
