Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

The Thang: 10-10-220
We started with a ½ mile run to the south end of the school. Mailman set up stations around the parking lot. The first station was at the southwest tip of the parking lot near the entrance off Silica (station 1). Mailman measured out 110 yards to the east part of the parking lot (station 2), the north east area of the parking lot (station 3), and the north area of the parking lot (station 4). We would begin at Station 1 with 10 merkins and run 110 yards to the other stations. After completing 10 reps of movements at one station we would run back 110 yards to Station 1 or the starting point. Each station had 4 movements, hence 4 rounds at each station, 12 total rounds between all stations. Total distance between stations was 220 yards. Therefore, 10-10-220 or 10 reps > run 110 yards > 10 reps > run back 110 yards.
