The Work through Ottawa Park & The Golf Course
We kicked off the ruck with music in my ruck sack and a cement block
One lucky PAX carried the block for the remainder of the song and passed the block when the song changed
This continued for the entire ruck
On hole #11 (I think), we acquired a fine log that two PAX had to carry.
The PAX carried the log and rotated after the end of every song (same as the block)
Once we came to the long par 5 – (maybe hole #15 on the green), we did the Bookie Dookie
The Bookie Dookie consisted of all PAX leading an exercise in a rotating fashion.
Usually about 10-20 reps…
After this we Journeyed back through the course rotating the block (brick) and log every song until we were able to return the log to its home.
We ended the ruck at 6:15am logging just under 3 miles
Prayers for Daubers brother and all the PAX. I talked about patience, delegation, persistence, honesty and integrity.
