Today 6 pax’s beat down a Wednesday night.
Warm up ssh and lunges and merkins.
Then we did sprints and an exercise at each end.
The exercises were: merkins, diamond merkins, low diamond hold, partner merkins, partner sit ups, heels to heaven, squats, reverse lunges, down on three up on one merkins.
The pax’s were Bluto, Goose, Speedo, Gadget, Jake the Snake, and Sipe
