HORTON
Weather: 75F, overcast but dry.
PAX: Bagels, Gadget, Nails, Speedo, Mr. Belding, Prestige Worldwide (6), Cobra Commander, Sipe, Goose, Pinewood (Q)
Circled up at 1900 for 5 CPs, Mission and Credo. Did the classic warmup consisting of SSH and windmills just Sipe wouldn’t complain. Then moseyed to show the pax how far we would run during the thing.
Back at the flag we did: 10 merkins > 30 count High plank > 10 peter parker > 30 count low plank > 25 mtn. climber > 30 count high plank then we got into it.
THE THING:
First exercise listed starts at 1 rep and increases by 1 each time. Second exercise starts at 2 reps and increases by 2. Repeat both exercises until you do 10 reps and 20 reps respectively.
ROUND 1
Merkin | Carolina Dry Docks – Not sure why but shoulders were hurting halfway through this..
Run out and back the route we moseyed.

Guys were gassed so we took a break with a bit of Tony Horton’s Ab Ripper X:
25x In/Out, 25x forward bicycles, 25x reverse bicycles, 25x crunchy frogs

BBSU | American Hammers (2:1) – bad idea right after the ab ripper x stuff!

Burpee | SSH (standard 4 count) – we cut this round down to 5 and 10 due to time.

Finished up with 25 V-ups as one last nod to Mr. Horton and then circled up
CoR and NoR then brought in Prestige for his very first 6 to which he showed appreciation and respect for all of those in F3 that give him base solid men to look up to. Announcements and closed in prayer. Honor to lead – Pinewood out.
