PAX: El Chapo, Mick, Brute, Brita, Simmons, Sipe (6), Trojan, Huckleberry, Moana, Gadget, Smails, Jake the Snake, Wall-E, Bluto, Chanel, Lochte, Bagels, Ollie, Goose, Ozzie, Pinewood (guest Q)
Circled up at 7:30 with the 5 core principles and F3 mantra. Explained a bit of how the field was laid out in a 4 leaf clover and beyond that lined the PAX up for suicides. Sipe expressed concerns about not having any warm up side straddle hops or windmills but it fell on the Q’s deaf ears.
THE THING
Ran suicides with lines roughly 10 yards apart. Each time we got back to the start beginning line we did a different workout before sprinting to the next line.
1. Ran to the 1st line and back did 10 burpees.
2. Ran to the 2nd line and back did 20 Lt Dans
3. Ran to the 3rd line and back and did 30 Carolina Dry Docks
4. Ran to the 4th line and back and did 40 Wide Merkins
Next PAX counted off to 4 groups and made their way to each of the 4 corners of the field (~ 50yds apart) did the exercises at that corner and then ran clockwise to the next cone. The exercises and reps at each cone are as follows:
Cone 1: 50 reps Jump Squats and Heels to the Heaven
Cone 2: 30 reps Merkins and Leg Raises
Cone 3: 30 reps Jump Squats and Heels to the Heaven
Cone 4: 50 reps Merkins and Leg Raises
With 10 minutes left we once again lined up for a second round of suicides to finish things off.
Circled up for count-a-rama and name-a-rama. Sipe, as always, had a solid 6 expressing his gratitude for the group and how it has affected him with all three F’s. Payers were brought up for Speedo and his family as he is away, Bluto’s M’s Uncle who passed and for all of our kids to give us patience and them understanding. Closed out in a prayer and off to Tequilla’s!
