All my rowdy friends are here on Wednesday night.
Today 12 pax’s joined me and we were on the move.
Warm up SSH and run to the water tower.
From Fossil Park we ran from one side down and up hills to the other doing an exercise on each side and then running down and up hills back to the other side.
One side was decline down on three up on one merkins every time. The other side rotated between Bulgarian squats, squats, low diamond holds for 30 seconds, diamond merkins.
Ran back to the flag.
The pax’s were: El Chappo, Trojan, the great Oz, Mickey, Goose, Gadget, Jake the Snake, Simmons, Bluto, Bagels, Hedgehog, and Sipe.
