Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!
You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

Event: National Common Courtesy Day
Date: Thursday, March 21, 2019
Location: The Wall
10 PAX: Jimmy Dean, Isosceles, Bourton, Geppetto, Huckleberry, Bambi-PBG, Mile High, Chanel, Thai Guy, Tupac
Q: Jimmy Dean
After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work. The workout began with _O-21’s (or just 21’s, or O-21’s, depending on when you look at the Lexicon). We didn’t complete the objective the first time so we had a 5-burpee penalty before succeeding on our second attempt. Windmills were next and we began the workout.
Simple really, the 10 were divided into 3 teams and there was a station at the top and the bottom of the ramp. One person from each team would be at the bottom doing the exercises, one would run to the top where he would relieve the person at the top doing exercises. So the teams would go until all reps were complete as a team.
Mumble chatter was fairly low as the workout proved to be a tough one. Comments made along the way were ones we wouldn’t say in front of our kids. YHC called time and we circled up.
COT, COR and NOR. Our KT6 was Huckleberry. He shared how he was EH’s by Bourbon and the Blade and appreciates being a part of the group and how much he has learned especially at 3rd F.
In the COT, prayers were lifted up for Tupac’s mom and work project and a family at Bambi’s church who has a 4-year old daughter with stage 4 cancer, as well as Casper’s girlfriend.
Always an honor to lead this group of men! Aye!
THE THANG:
Warm-up
O-21s
Windmills
Men were divided into teams of 3. At the bottom of the ramp is one station and the top is the other. At any given time, there is one person at the bottom, one at the top, and one running between the two. At each station, there was a set of exercises that had to be completed as a team, with the person running relieving the one doing the exercise and running to the other station.
Once a station was complete, the person would stand in Al Gore or plank until a runner from his team confirmed all stations were done.
