Workout with a Block:
Reps of each exercise 10-15-20-25-30-20-10, in between sets was a run to the fence near the basketball court and back
The exercises were OH Presses (w/ Block), Merkins (using the block), Lunges, Squats (w/ Block) and Burpees.
6th was Tackleberry who showed appreciation for the group even though his schedule makes it challenging to get out. No major announcements and ended with a prayer.
