Warm-Up with Motivators and a lap around the building
Block Work
5 squirls then jog to the cone do a burpee then come back
5 squirls + 10 dips then jog to the cone and do 2 burpees and back
5 squirls + 10 dips + 15 overhead presses then jog to the cone and do 3 burpees and come back
5 squirls + 10 dips + 15 overhead presses + 20 bent over rows then jog to the cone do 4 burpees and come back
5 squirls + 10 dips + 15 overhead presses + 20 bent over rows + 25 curls then jog to the cone and do 5 burpees and come back
Did a collective 59 merkins and plank time to celebrate Tupac’s birthday.
Playground – there are 5 exercises, you need to finish 10 of one of them, 20 of another, 30 of another, 40 of another and 50 of the last one
Round 1 choices – dips, pull-ups, kick-outs, hand release merkins, jump squats
Round 2 choices – klinger kicks, incline or decline merkins, Australian pull-ups using the swings, lunges (2 is 1), Monkey Ups – hang from the bar and pull your knees up to your chest
