Warmup: Side Straddle Hops, Abe Vigodas, Michael Phelps
Workout Details:
Six stations were set up around the parking lot. Each station had 4 exercises listed with 10 reps each, except for station 6, which was just 10 man-makers (blocks were left at station 6). After completing a station, we rolled a die to decide where to go next.
Ended with COR, NOR, and COT.
