The Thang:
YHC has been on the mend for the last few weeks after doing the 4x4x48 and dealing with Achilles strain – this longest period in my life not running. So as promised no running on this Q, making it different than any other Q of my to date.
Circled pax up with dinky bluetooth speaker and did the following exercises. only 13 HCs as of 4:50 am so had 15 exercises but had 17 total – respect to all 16 and appreciate them getting out of the fartsack. Circled up and the Planker was our timer as we moved through each exercise AMRAP style for 40 seconds round 1, 30 seconds round 2 and 20 seconds round 3.
