Park on the west side of the lake at the first shelter.

The thang
The workout was as easy as ABC a was the absolution five reps b was the burpee 10 reps c was the crunchy frog 15 reps.
We circled the pond doing our reps in between wraps we would advance to the next bench alternating lunges and jogging.
A little over halfway through we changed the stations to 5 merkins, 10 big boys sit-ups 15 squats.
