It’s always warm and sunny at the Beach! Come out for a boot camp style beatdown.
Park on the west side of the lake at the first shelter.
Today Sipe went back to the beach
Warm up ssh and windmills
Did an exercise in cadence then went for a run.
The exercises were:
Dips (multiple times)
Decline merkins (multiple times)
Pull ups
Leg drops
Sit ups
The pax’s were:
Mr Belding, Tidwell, Colonel, Ozzie, Ollie, Tigger, Goose, Mayor, Hedgehog, Pinewood, and Sipe.
