1. F3 Spiel – core principles, motto
2. Trudged up and down the hill that borders the 16th hole 3X pausing at the top each time for some PT (slow mo merkins, slow mo squats, high plank…increasing reps and time each time).
3. Meandered around Ottawa Park for a total of 3.23 miles.
4. Ended w/ CoT -Been reading plenty of Walter Mosley and listening to Midnight Miracle (podcast with Dave Chapelle and Black Star)
I feel its of the utmost importance to hear perspectives about history, philosophy, music, life, etc. that are different from what I may see. I shared this wisdom I gleaned from a member of Black Star when he was being asked in a congressional hearing why many his songs were about violence, drugs, etc. His response “I write about what I see and live, if you want me to write about roses, then come to my neighborhood and build a rose garden”
