We started at 5:15 with the core principles, the morning was raining non stop at 56F we were able to do 3.62miles. Walked through some deep puddles, we were soaked head to toe. Bull was the 6th, shared that the great group of guys who stirred him to come out on a morning like today. Helps to clear ones mind and keep physically fit.
