Tuesday morning ruck starting in parking lot of Toledo Police Museum. 2201 Kenwood Blvd, Toledo, OH 43606
Spelling B Ruck was just as entertaining as expected. We started off by Rucking around Toledo Hospital looking for the letter A on signs we passed by. After 75 letter A’s we stopped and did 75 air presses. We continued looking for different letters on different signs around town to know how many reps of an exercise we needed to do. We ended up Rucking just under 3 miles and did the following – 15 diamond merkins, 35 squats, a 60 second plank, and 50 side straddle hops. Thanks to the PAX for playing along.
