Ruck with coupons took the west loop of the Ottawa Park single track then crossed the roundabout to the Ottawa Park single track east of the amphitheater along the river then up the high path once we hit the bridge. Finished with a couple loops in the amphitheater stairs. Stopped at intervals throughout the ruck for side straddle hops, Air presses, and 3down1up mercans.

Nice Cool day in the 60s perfect for a ruck, did the regular loop with the additional section to Upton/monroe Street. Over all 3.6 miles. Prayers for Carter family and loss of their son. Also for Seal family for their loss.

F3-F2 section of Bedford Kroger Parking Lot and back again for a match with ourselves. 1st, 2nd, 3rd period followed by a 1st & 2nd overtime ending in sudden victory with some extra credit; PtF(planks to failure) Repeato. There was no man left behind.
