Warmup:
Warmups were completed individually as I led a discussion on the history of F3. This included:
The origin of F3 and its mission to invigorate male community leadership.
F3’s arrival in Toledo and the growth of the local region.
The concept of “Sad Clown Syndrome” and how F3 aims to combat it by providing accountability, fitness, and fellowship.
The Thang:
This Mobile Q School combined leadership training with a workout:
Cadence Practice:
Each PAX practiced leading exercises in cadence to build confidence and clarity in their leadership.
Deck of Cards Workout:
A deck of cards determined the exercises.
The suit represented the first exercise.
The number/face represented the second exercise.
All reps were set to 10.
Each PAX drew a card, called out the exercises, and led the group in cadence. We passed around a cadence sheet that showed how to lead an exercise in cadence.
The 6:
The Situation reflected on how F3 has built accountability and provided a supportive community, helping him grow stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually.
COT:
Closed with encouragement to embrace leadership roles, support one another, and continue living out the mission of F3 to combat isolation and build community.
