Did some stretching to warm up then got into the beatdown:

-walking quad stretch 6 ; 6 diamonds
-walking ham stretch 6 ; 6 jump squats
-Raise arm swing leg 6; 6 wide
-lunge walk twist 6; 6 imperial (2-1)
-lay up walk 6; 6 squat jump shot
