Warm-Up
SSH, Windmills, Chain Breakers and Gummy Worms to warm-up
Play – The Heat is On. Everytime the word Heat is said, do a burpee.
Work-Out – Tabata Style
Do as 1 big group. If too big, split into 2 groups. Meet in the middle.
5 minute for each rotation. 1 minute break in between to go over exercises.

10 T-Merkins
15 jungle boi squats
20 second side plank on each side
Lunge Walk to the cone, mozie back
Repeato
Round 2
10 diamond merkins
15 speed skaters – 2 is 1
20 Imperial Walkers – 2 is 1
Bear Crawl to the cone, mozie back
Repeato
Round 3
10 Narrow merkins
15 horsey ups
20 plank twists – 2 is 1
Frog Hop to the cone, mozie back

10 down 3, up 1 merkins
15 pistols
20 plank jack shoulder taps
Crab Walk to the cone, mozie back

Finished with a variety of line drills – mozie, shuffle, high knees, butt kicks, a couple of sprints and Inchworms to finish
