Bootcamp Style beatdown in the spacious parking lot outside of the Cherry Street Mission’s Life Revitalization Center.
AO – Crucible
QIC – Cobra Commander
PAX – Rocketman, Wild Sprayer, Jack Sparrow (FNG), Tupac, Nougat, Belding and CC . We started at 5:30 with the core principles and did 15 SSH, arm circles, Michael Phelps and windmills (10)
Today’s beatdown 6 rounds of exercises
1st round close to the building 10 merkins, ran across to the parked cars, did 1 LT Dans. Went down the ladder, 9 Merkins, 2 LT Dans
1st round Merkins: Lt Dans
2nd Round Air Presses: Klinger kicks (2:1)
3rd Round Crunchy Frogs:Lunges (1:1)
4th Round Jump Squats: Mike Tysons
5th Round LBCs: Carolina Dry Docks
6th Round imperial Walkers (2:1): Mountain Climbers (2:1)
After each Round was completed, Ran to the far end of the parking lot to the white Van and back. Start the next Round.
During the workout there is was 5 minute timer that went off, everytime it did, stop in that spot and do 3 Burpees.
COT
Mr. Belding was the 6th, almost 5 years in May of 2021 that he has been a part of F3, different times bring about different things for him with F3. He has lost 25 lbs and the workouts are easily and enjoyable now. The Faith portion of it has been a stronger part this season for him with leading the Bible study and personal life.
Tupac shared about the ceremony for Red Ryder and the F3 brothers that had an impact at the time on Monday.
Mr Belding mentioned in the Leadership discussion Monday night that Mental health and awareness, there is going to be an emphasis on it for F3 Toledo.
Prayer intentions
Prayers for Colleen (Nougats daughter) to overcome bathroom concerns at Kindergarten. PAX that are struggling physically, Minnie and Tidwells friend who is fighting cancer.
