Intro: Beaker was taking forever to start so Nougat covered 5 Core Principles, Mission, and Credo.
Warm – Up
SSH, Windmills, Gummy Worms
Work-Out
25 seconds on, 5 second rest, 5 rounds of each movement
Round 1
Diamond Hold Merkins – hold plank for a count of 5 at the bottom of each Merkin
Plank Twists
Speed Skaters
Split PAX into 2 teams.
Game 1 – Bouncing Bucket
Have 2 5-gallon buckets set-up about 5 yards away. Give each team a tennis ball to try and bounce into the bucket. Anyone not bouncing is doing an exercise while they wait their turn.
# of attempts it takes to bounce the ball into the bucket = # merkins your team had to do.
Repeato until everyone had a turn.

Game 2 – Knock Off
Bag full of “stuff” to use to try and knock over the Solo Cup off of the stick. # of attempts to knock off the cup = # squats x 5.
No time to do another round of Tabata, bummer I know.
Game 3 – Make the Shot.
Each team had to get all of their athletic objects into the bucket the fastest. Just to see who was better.
Everyone did 10 burpees at the end and then some stretching.
