Tabata HIIT workout in the spacious parking lot outside of the Cherry Street Mission’s Life Revitalization Center.
We had the traditional Group Run lead by our very own Nougat. The traditional Friday Tabata went on the move with a Friday morning Ruck to check out the downtown lights.
