Workout: Tabata sets followed by a jog around the parking lot between cycles. My phone shut down because it maxed out the low temperature safety and so we did pick-your-poison workouts in cadence with 25 reps to celebrate Christmas.
Prayer intentions: For first responders and those who do not have a choice whether to be in the cold or not. For the PAX to choose difficulty when there are easy ways out.
