RUN option to explore the downtown area. 3-5 miles.


Warm-Up
Side Straddle Hops, Windmills, Chain Breakers
Work-Out
Pick an exercise, start with 10 of the exercise, then 9, etc. until you make it all the way to 1. Even numbers at the near end, odd numbers at the far end.
Round 1 – Merkins and mozie forwards there and backwards back
Round 2 – Squats and mozie forwards there and backwards back
Round 3 – Hammers and mozie forwards there and backwards back
Round 4 – Mike Tysons and Mozie
Then we switched to normal Tabata. 35 seconds on, 15 second rest. 2 rounds of each exercise. Here are the exercises we did (I think – this part was definitely adlibbed). Squats, Diamond Merkins, Planks, Suicides, Plank, Imperial Walkers, Hammertimes (suffle feet back and forth), Carolina Dry Docks, etc.
There was also a nice run group.
