Bootcamp Style beatdown in the spacious parking lot outside of the Cherry Street Mission’s Life Revitalization Center.
Today was a great day to be at The Crucible. Due to the generosity of many of F3 Toledo’s finest we purchased Rocketman and 5-0 each a Rucksack complete with 20 lb weights. Those are real treats to those of us in F3. There was a tremendous showing of support from Toledo and Black Swamp. After the Ruck Stark donated 10 lb weights so that Rocketman and 5-0 would have more variety.
As far as the day went we warmed up with 10 Ruck Thrusters and 10 Ruck Swings. Then Rocketman and 5-0 led us down the street to the green space on Summit in front of OC. There we did 5 rounds of exercises, all with our Rucks on – 10 merkins, 10 mountain climbers (4 is 1) and 10 Lunges (2 is ). Then we Rucked back to The Crucible for COT.
During the COT we named an FNG “Oh Yeah” but you have to say it like the Kool-Aid guy busting through a brick wall. Oh Yeah was brought by Jeter.
